之前做了一版，但是有bug 导致无法修改 控制列表和表单的选项了，这次修复了这个异常问题，并进行重新提交
功能如下：
1、增加了表参数配置时，可以拖拽排序
2、增加了一键菜单时，仅创建model的选项
